BUILDING EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT BRANDS

We are naturally drawn to brands that understand us, and that we can trust. Transparency and integrity are hugely important values, especially for Millennials and Gen Z's.

Emotionally Intelligent brands look to solutions rooted in people's actual needs. They believe in challenging assumptions, validating ideas with their customers, embracing ambiguity, iterating, testing and always learning.

Consumers have reached their emotional breaking point. Therefore, prioritizing emotional literacy is crucial for winning customer loyalty, now more than ever.

EVERY BUSINESS PROBLEM IS AT HEART A CUSTOMER PROBLEM.

Emotionally intelligent brands (and their leaders) ask better questions. They uncover behavioural insights and turn them into opportunities, so that the creative output has meaning and relevance for end users. The sweet spot is where human needs, business viability and tech feasibility intersect. This is the foundation of Business Strategy.

ABOUT ME

I am a former NCAA tennis player, an NLP Master Practitioner, and a Design Thinker, with almost 15 years of experience in advertising and digital marketing.

I have always been intrigued by human behaviour - why and how we make choices. I enjoy creating thoughtful Brand Experiences, which is a blend of Brand Strategy + UX + Storytelling + Technology.

I like getting to tangible solutions that explore new avenues for business growth, grounded in practicality, viability, market appeal and driven by human needs.

I act as an advocate for the customer/end user, by placing them at the forefront of the decision-making.
